For product, order, delivery, collection, return or refund support:

·   Email support@canvasplus.co.za.

·   Call or send a WhatsApp message to 074 844 4484.

·   Provide the order number, purchaser’s full name, preferred contact details and a concise description of the request.

·   For damage or quality concerns, include clear photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.

CanvasPlus will respond as soon as reasonably practical on business days. Response time may vary with the nature of the query and order volume.

3. Collections and visits

The physical address is published for company identification and legal notices. Collection or an in-person visit is available only by prior arrangement. Wait for a written ready-for-collection confirmation before travelling, and bring the order number and reasonable proof of identity or authority.

4. Formal notices and complaints

Send formal complaints and legal notices by email to support@canvasplus.co.za. For a formal legal notice, also deliver a copy to the physical address above where appropriate. Include the sender’s full contact details, the order or matter concerned, the outcome requested and supporting documents.

5. Intellectual-property notices

A rights holder or authorised representative may report allegedly infringing website or product material to support@canvasplus.co.za. The notice should identify the protected work and the CanvasPlus material concerned, provide the reporting party’s contact details and authority, explain the basis of the concern, and include supporting evidence or links. CanvasPlus may request more information and may restrict the material while reviewing the notice.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or one-time PINs by email or WhatsApp. If a communication appears suspicious, verify it using the phone number or email address published on this page before making payment or disclosing information.
